The Pinewood® Thorn Resistant jacket is a durable hunting jacket with Kevlar® reinforcements on wear parts: the elbows, sleeves and the front part below the waist. Kevlar® is a material often used in work clothes and other garments designed for tough environments. The jacket also has a fabric lining resistant to thorns. This is a jacket suitable for tougher tasks and entangled fields where it protects from thorns.
It is windproof and waterproof with sealed seams and has ventilation zippers that can be opened to increase air circulation when used at a higher activity level. It features a detachable adjustable strap hood and a reinforced visor to protect the face from rain. The cuffs can be tightened with burdocks and the lining with a strap for a tighter fit.
There are lots of functional pockets: two radio pockets with antenna openings, GPS pocket, handwarmer pockets, game pocket, two front pockets and two inner pockets, all with zippers. There is also a zippered security pocket inside the waterproof membrane, perfect for placing your mobile phone. A D-ring is placed on one of the front pockets, on which you can attach keys, GPS, water bottle, knife and other objects with safety hooks.
