Backleads are carp leads, but which are not used to cast or hook fish. Back leads are used to force the line to sink, to avoid any mishap with a surface banner: that boats do not take the thread, or that drifting grass and branches do not move the lead by drifting. There are two kinds of back lead: captive back leads and flying backleads.
